WORKOUT WITH SAYO
I started my fitness journey for many reasons. I didn't like the way I felt or looked. I also wanted to avoid prevalent medical issues in my family. Today, I use my background in biology, exercise science, and clinical research to help others on their fitness journey. I focus on exercises that keep you engaged but are not impossible to do. My HIIT (high-intensity interval training) workouts are for anyone and all ages.
